We are excited to welcome you to our state-of-the-art facilities, conveniently located in the heart of Overton village and just on the outskirts of Basingstoke on Worting Road within walking distance of Oakley and Wooton St.lawrence. With our automatic entry system and personalised app, entering couldn't be easier—simply arrive at your convenience, open the app, and use your QR code to gain access. Explore our live family-friendly zones under our booking section on the app, where anyone over the age of 6 can join their adult member for a session or visit during our baby zones with infants under the age of 2. Please see more information under our Classes section from our main home page.
We have personal training and group sessions available and will be rolling out classes once all our members have settled in after the opening phase.

PROFFESIONAL KIT OUT BY PRIMAL STRENGTH
We have a comprehensive cardio area equipped with bikes, treadmills, stair climbers, and rowers. Additionally, our gym includes pin machines for full-body workouts, a free weights area with squat racks, dumbbells, kettlebells, and functional weighted equipment. We also offer a sled track and a functional training space.
There is truly something for everyone!
LOCATION AND PARKING
Overton is located on the high street, we are easy to find and sit on the crossroads opposite Stanleys Coffee shop and Caviste. There is on street parking as well as free car parks within a few minutes walkable distance;

Basingstoke is situated on Worting Road next to the new Worting house development, within walking distance to the surrounding villages and ample allocated parking directly oustide. There is also a lovely Tea Rooms next door offering members a discount!
BIKES , BUGGIES AND WALKING
For those cycling or using a buggy to get to the gym, there is ample storage available through the double black wooden gates to the right of the entrance at Overton and in our entrance at the Basingstoke site. Unfortunately, these items are not allowed inside the gym as they may obstruct emergency exits.
We kindly ask that anyone arriving with dirty footwear, wet coats and umbrellas change into clean shoes and hang up items at the entrance of the gym. There are hooks provided with umbrella and shoe storage available to help keep our gym space as clean as possible. We understand the convenience of having the gym within walking distance of many of its members and is great for doing your warm up on route but our 1 house rule, is please change those shoes! We encourage and have made it easily accessible on foot, but maintaining a clean environment is essential for everyone's enjoyment and safety.
We cannot take responsibility for personal items left in storage areas however security cameras are in place and safety for our customers is paramount.
